Getting Started

If you are an experienced HR professional interested in career opportunities that will maximize your individual skills and talents, Cobos Group wants to hear from you.  Our professionals are currently working on temporary assignments or have accepted full-time regular positions with leading Northwest companies.  Please complete our Online Information Sheet and e-mail it to us along with a copy of your updated resume.   If your resume is not current, simply add current information on your Information Sheet.   We will contact you with information about positions that match your interests and background.   If we don't currently have a matching job opportunity, we will keep your information on file and will contact you when a suitable opportunity becomes available.  

Once we have identified current or potential opportunities that fit your interests and background, we will ask you to complete our job application form and schedule an interview with us.  We will thoroughly review your background in HR, learn about your major interests in the field, and formulate a profile of the type of work and environment that will challenge you.  Once you are in our database, we will continue to evaluate your credentials for positions as we receive them.  We will notify you immediately when we have an open position that matches your qualifications and interests
