Must meet the H.R. Business Partner qualifications.   Has the knowledge of the Director of Human Resources, but is more strategically focused in dealing with the big-picture of an organization.   This individual must be effective in interactions with senior management.

Must meet the H.R. Business Partner qualifications.   Has a broad understanding of all areas of human resources, including several years of management/leadership experience of professional human resources staff.   In addition, this level may carry a specific certification within the HR area.

Business Partners are seasoned professionals who have a broad range of experience in many industries, working in diverse environments for companies of varying sizes.   They are familiar with traditional, cafeteria, and flex benefit plans, 401(k) and pension plans, recruitment strategy and planning, employee relations' issues, compensation systems, job analysis techniques, and human resource information systems and requirements.

Experienced not only in the administration of HR programs, but in designing those programs, our candidates are able to step in and be an active contributor to your company's team at both the employee and management levels.

Recruitment Specialists from Cobos Group are well versed in all areas of employment law, and have extensive experience in recruiting for non-exempt (administrative, clerical, entry-level or light industrial) positions and/or exempt (supervisory, managerial, professional or technical) positions.   Our Recruitment Specialists perform all functions including sourcing, strategy planning, advertising, job fairs, screening, tracking applicants, interviewing, selection, and employment offers.  

Recruiting Assistants perform many of the administrative functions that are part of the recruiting process, along with scheduling interviews, screening resumes, telephone interviews, reference checks, etc.

Our benefits professionals have a broad range of experience in many industries, working with a variety of benefits plans and issues, in diverse environments.   They are familiar with traditional, cafeteria and flex plans, 401(k) and pension plans, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance and COBRA requirements.

Benefits Specialists have knowledge of current state and federal regulations pertaining to all areas of employee benefits.   They have experience researching and implementing employee benefits packages including insurance, pension and/or wellness programs.   They are capable of communicating information to employees, day-to-day plan administration and handling insurance plan conversions.   Our Benefits Specialists are versed in evaluating plan documents, working with brokers and consultants, and implementing new procedures.  

Benefits Assistants assist with orientations, open enrollments and changes, answering questions and explaining plan provisions and eligibility.

Compensation Specialists from Cobos Group are technically oriented professionals with strong analytical skills, experience with job descriptions, wage structures, and salary surveys.   They are proficient in job and wage analysis issues, salary administration procedures and alternative reward/variable pay programs.   They are experienced in salary administration procedures, job analysis techniques, and plan review and design.

Business Partner qualifications.   Experience dealing with all types of employee issues surrounding discrimination, harassment, performance management issues, lay-offs, etc.  is required.   This individual may also have labor experience in union negotiations, grievances, and/or avoidance.

Our HRIS Specialists are proficient in a variety of software programs in both PC and/or mainframe environments.   They are skilled at developing and implementing tracking, record keeping, and reporting capabilities of human resource information systems.   They have experience in system conversions, ad-hoc reporting, day-to-day information management, and data maintenance requirements.
